Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and hygienic liners attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personalized or special-order items
Items that show signs of wear or missing hygienic liners
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Any item that does not meet hygiene requirements will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
